The firm's facilities consist of two interconnected buildings on the square in downtown Newark, constructed between 1868 and 1870 and overlooking Newark's historic Courthouse. Both buildings have been gradually renovated since 2000 and now provide a unique and historic setting for your solo practice, small firm or branch office of a larger or regional firm. Additionally, these facilities can accommodate other professional office uses. The layout of these buildings offers virtually unlimited configurations of square footage and amenities, ranging from a single professional office (utilities included) to turn-key, full office sharing for attorneys. Pricing begins at $350.00 per month, per office and includes shared use of the conference room and reception area, lettering space on the front window, utilities and receptionist (greeting and accepting mail). There is ample space to accommodate a total of five attorneys and their support staff. Other amenities available include: Phone answering and messages Fax service Coffee service - DSL/Internet service (all offices CAT-5 wired)
