Chilton	Chilton was a brand created by Seth Crocker in 1923, which produced high quality pens through the mid 1930s. The earliest Chilton pencils, like the one at the left, were fairly unremarkable. Later examples are extremely high quality and are easily recognized for their bulbous caps. The short ringtop is in the highly desirable "Clown" pattern.
