These are really nice,  high quality, rear drive pencils.  The top two are the typical National Pen Products pencils as shown on the Diamond Medal page. They are stamped with a date of 1930. 

The other is later and is made in an outstanding blue and bronze celluloid.

I have no information about who made it.
